Welcome to Casa Rural Castalla
Hello, we’re Amparo and Joaquín, a couple with a real passion for Castalla and everything this beautiful corner of Spain has to offer. With a great deal of care, we have turned our own home into a welcoming self-catering house in Castalla, inland Alicante, where every detail is there to make you feel at home.
We have always loved sharing special moments, and now we do it through Casa Rural Castalla. What you will find here is more than somewhere to sleep: a home with a history, where every stay turns into something you remember.
Whether you come to Castalla on holiday, for work or simply to switch off, we want you to experience it like a local. We will gladly point you towards the best corners of the town, the local restaurants and the walks worth doing so that you make the most of your stay.
We love welcoming guests, hearing their stories and making sure their time in our house is one to remember.
Our self-catering house: 241 m² in the old town
Casa Rural Castalla is a whole, private house of 241 m² on Carrer Major, the main street running through the historic heart of the town. There are 5 bedrooms — one of them a studio flat with its own kitchen — the multi-purpose lounge La Tardor (35 m²) and an attic with a desk. We comfortably sleep up to 10 guests (14-15 with extra beds), we are pet friendly and there is 1 Gb fibre Wi-Fi throughout the house. We are in inland Alicante, about 35 minutes’ drive from the beach.
We will help you make the most of Castalla
Whether you are here for a weekend away or for work, we make things easy: we will plan walking and mountain-biking routes for you, recommend the best local restaurants and tell you when the most genuine festivals take place, such as the Moors and Christians. Castalla Castle is a few minutes’ walk away and, when it is time to unwind, La Tardor is perfect for a film night or a few board games. We want you to enjoy Castalla as one of the locals.
