This English version of our Cancellation Policy is provided for information only. The legally binding text is the Spanish original<\/a>, which prevails in the event of any discrepancy.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Casa Rural Castalla we understand that plans can change. For that reason, the following cancellation policy applies to direct bookings<\/strong> made by telephone, WhatsApp, email or through our own website:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Free cancellation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The booking may be cancelled free of charge up to 31 days before<\/strong> the arrival date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In that case, any amounts paid up to that point will be refunded to the guest, unless different particular terms have been expressly agreed in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Non-refundable cancellation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If the cancellation takes place within the 30 days before<\/strong> the arrival date, the booking will be non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In that case, the amounts paid will not be refunded and, where applicable, any outstanding payment may be required in accordance with the confirmed booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. No-show and early departure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If the guest does not arrive on the arrival date without giving prior notice, or decides to leave before the scheduled departure date, no refund will be given<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Booking confirmation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

An advance payment or deposit towards the total cost of the stay may be requested in order to confirm the booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The booking will not be considered definitively confirmed until:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
